Vendor Policies:
The following guidelines are to provide better communication and understanding for all involved in the set-up, maintenance and tear-down of the vending area for Spirit Awakening. Thank you for your cooperation.- Due to insurance liabilities, Spirit Awakening is unable to provide assistance for moving merchandise and materials for the vendors. Vendors will need to bring their own assistants.
- Due to limited space in vending area, there is a two table maximum on all vendors.
- All vendors will be required to check in with a vending coordinator upon arrival and before set-up.
- Spirit Awakening will provide one lunch per table unless prearranged and on Saturday only.
- Outside tables are prohibited unless prearranged with a Vendor Coordinator.
- Table/section will only be held when we receive a registration form accompanied with payment.
Information
We would like to invite you to join us for a weekend of drumming, dancing, ritual, music, and, in the case of our vendors, prosperity.One of our main goals as coordinators is to arrange for the vendors to attend workshops, as well as encourage a welcoming and sales friendly atmosphere.
If you would like to advertise in our program please send a business card in along with your resigtration. All artwork will be displayed in a black and white format. Sorry, we can not accept color or large graphic files this year.
